Registration for the 2011 Fall Season has closed.

1. Registration Fee: $195 *discounts available for registering March - June
2. Utility Bill (Water, Electric, or Gas)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Report Card (final report with grades from entire year)
5. Registration Forms (forms will also be available on site)
6. Participant (to be weighed, but not required to register)
